Thai Green Curry Paste



Ingredients

Coriander 1 bunch (stalks included)
Garlic 4 - 5 cloves
Galangal (Thai ginger) 1 inch piece
Green onion 2 - whole, including the leaves
Green Chilli 2
Juice and Zest of 1 large lemon
1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds - dry roasted
1 tsp cumin seeds - dry roasted 
Lemon grass (green fleshy part of the stalks) 2 stalks
Salt

How to

Just grind everything together with the help of a little water.

Store in an airtight jar for up to two weeks
