SugarinmyCup - This is my corner in the attic - a hideout, a creative outlet for an over imaginative mind, a little space I can call my own.

I am just another girl - an over thinker and day dreamer. I thrive on communication. In fact people who know me well, will tell you I am not lying. I can talk for hours at length about random things, which to me don't seem random at all. At other times I am a recluse - trying to figure out life in my own mind and failing miserably. I am sure a lot of you will connect! 

When I have some free moments, I love reading, writing poems, singing out loud and dancing alone in my room. A hot cup of tea, a warm conversation and a cozy bed on a cold night - these I love any time, any day. 

I love food too - as you might have guessed. It's quite a theme in my life actually. Being surrounded by food lovers in family and friends helps. This blog initially began on a whim, I wanted to see if I can actually write about food and turns out I can!

If you are one of those who agree with Mr. Shakespeare when he said What's in a name please feel free to skip this section - 'coz how does it matter, huh?'

For all the analytical people, the next few lines are specially for the comfort of your soul.

After going through a lot of possible names for the blog over and over again in my mind, this name struck chord with me the most. This blog is representative of all the beautiful things in my life, the sweet and the delicious moments that I want to savour for ever and ever. This space represents all the sweetness in my cup of life - which I am glad to be sharing with all of you.
